Abstract:
The paper is dedicated to the study of the processes and problems of transformation of the investment environment and their impact on labor motivation in modern ecosystems that have developed as part of the implementation of digital technologies. It is shown that in noonomy, simultaneously with new opportunities for the implementation of labor activities, the emergence of the concepts of platform labor, platform employment, new opportunities for investment have emerged. Such opportunities are associated not only with financial assets, but also with non-financial, digital intellectual assets generated in the process of creative labor activities carried out within platform ecosystems. The paper also shows that the uncontrolled growth of the influence of platform ecosystems in the creation and distribution of certain types of creative content can have unpredictable consequences.
