Abstract:
The article examines a new frontier of human civilization – the challenges of generative artificial intelligence (AI) to both human intelligence and the economy and society as a whole. Attention is drawn to the problems of national and global measurement of the application and development of generative artificial intelligence. The peculiarity of AI is that it is separated from humans and develops autonomously, outside of human mental abilities. In this regard, AI can be considered as a special means of human labor, capable of self-development and relying on digital and mathematical technologies, which in turn require sufficient electrical support. The development of the national and global economy is becoming increasingly dependent on the level and scope of AI. Once again, the question of the content of the modern technological and intellectual revolution is raised – is it progress for the sake of humanity or for the sake of technology, or perhaps is it the essence of the civilizational process itself. Perhaps the developing theory of noonomy and noosociety will be able to offer its own solution. It is impossible to do without identifying the dialectics of the interaction of all factors of civilization.
