Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of current trends in the field of higher education, requiring universities to form new approaches in the context of the formation of a noosociety and the upcoming new technological order. In this paper noonomy is considered to be a creative factor in the system of ensuring the competitiveness of a university, requiring the integration of the fundamentals of theory. Using the example of the Ural State University of Economics, a successful case site is presented, accumulating within its walls key approaches based on the theory of noonomy.
