Abstract:

the article shows the limited application of the theory of “human capital”. It is concluded that, for moving towards the new society and noonomy, one of the priority goals of social progress is the comprehensive development of a Person and his potential. For this, both in theory and in practice, it is necessary to move away from the market-centric models of social relations, and form the human-centered model that primarily assumes decommercialization and socialization of the socio-humanitarian sphere (education, healthcare, science, culture [in a broad sense]).

Keywords: person, human potential, “human capital”, noonomy, social progress, socio-humanitarian sphere.
