Abstract:

Upon entering the 21st century, a new scientific and technological revolution, in particular the introduction of artificial intelligence and quantum information technology, has triggered a wave of digitalization and intellectualization in all spheres of production and social life. Currently, we can observe a rapid development and innovation of information technology, the transformation of the traditional industrial economy into a digital, information, intellectual and knowledge economy. At the same time, neoliberalism and neohegemony slow down economic growth throughout the world, widen the gap between rich and poor, generate social inequality, provoke a conflict between human society and the natural environment, lead to economic, political, spiritual, ecological crises and armed confrontation. Humanity needs new technologies and the new wisdom to solve these crucial problems, to open up new opportunities and create new conditions for economic development, social order and human civilization. Therefore, the formation and development of the “wisdom economy” and “wisdom society” is one of the key ideas and initiatives of humankind.
