Oleg N. Smolin, The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (Moscow, Russia)

Abstract:

The author investigates the issue of global transformation of society and evaluates the prospects of mankind’s progress to a qualitatively new state of society on the basis of the theoretical concept developed by S.D. Bodrunov. For this purpose the author makes a profound methodological analysis of the genesis of a new post-economic state of society. As a result of the investigation, the author highlights such aspect as the lack of completeness of the study of social strata, which may turn out to be both actors and opponents on the path of movement towards noonomy. In the author’s opinion, the analysis of other possible scenarios, contradictions and obstacles on the way to noonomy can be an important addition to those developments, which are embodied in the concept of Professor S.D. Bodrunov.

Keywords: socio-economic transformation, noonomy, knowledge-intensive production, concept of the future.
