Abstract:
The article examines the key parameters of the nootransition as a process of transformation of the socio-economic system, focusing on changes in the nature of labour and forms of ownership. The focus is on the concept of the aromorphosis of labor as an indicator of the transition from the industrial-market system to a non-economic way of satisfying reasonable needs based on creativity, culture, and personal development. A system of empirical indicators is proposed that reflects the depth and direction of the nootransition in the Russian context: the transformation of the structure of labour, forms of employment, motivation to work, the spread of creative activity, and the diffusion of property. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that Russia is in a transitional stage between the second and third phases of the global nootransition, demonstrating partial labour and institutional transformation while retaining the fundamental features of the industrial system.
